Many people enter and leave SG to do something else. Your giveaways ended 1 hour ago. Give the winners at least 24 hours.

it gets better! sending that ticket was already a good idea and a whitelist will probably work too, some people also add to the giveaway description that they want the winner to claim the game quickly.
i know this wont resolve your current situation but your limit will also increase just by creating giveaways and receiving feedback. you will soon reach a point where you have enough slots to giveaway 100s of games.

Sorry I guess I'm a bit of a drama queen. I got approved for more giveaways anyway. I'm watching The Boys and trying very hard to enjoy Elden Ring despite the developers apparently hating their player base, the game is so beautiful but the difficulty is ugh.

I think all "souls" dev's hate their fans or think they are into sadomasacism?

Welcome on sg.
It give a lot of autojoiner accounts. I assume around 50% of all active accounts use autojoiners.
So yes, most likely a lot of your GAs will be won from such a account and the bot owner check only each, round about, 4 days if he won something.
It's sad but only the site owner could do something and he don't care since 5 years+ for this problem.
The best you can do is to check your winners with https://www.sgtools.info/activation if they activated all their wins. If not send a reroll request and let the staff manage the problem or let them tell you the user got a suspension in the past for the unactivated win (which means you must send the win).

Even if I'm around the PC, I may not check SG for 2-3 hours. And I can also enter a giveaway in the evening, or even in the middle of the night, if I woke up :P
For best results expect 8-24 hours response time, people sleep, work or do other stuffs ^^

You should always assume that a giveaway will take anywhere between a couple of hours to a couple of days to be marked as received, it's the best way to not get too anxious.
Many people visit the site multiple times a day but just for a few minutes each time, so it's not rare for them to take a while to get around to seeing and activating the key after winning a giveaway. I sometimes enter a few giveaways right before turning off the PC and going to sleep, if I win one of those I won't be aware of that fact for many hours.

I wouldn't sweat it. In addition to what everyone else said, a lot of people join a bunch of g/a's via their phone and then go about their day. Can't really expect people to prioritize things the same way you do nor to have the same schedule. Best policy IMO is to wait a day or two, then just leave a simple note on their profile or via their email saying they won and congrats. If it goes seven days without being marked as received, put a support ticket in. Those ones are pretty simple for mods and get resolved very quickly most of the time.

really they have 7 days to take the win you know - if you read the rules you'd know that and yes you do have to wait
but just waiting is boring but what needs to be done not everyone is on all the time

People have lives outside of SG, you know?
And e-mailing a winner pressing them to activate a key shortly after a GA is just bad behaviour.

Was this an assumption I don't have a life? Or I don't have awareness other people have lives? And emailing someone a few hours after to remind them they have won is considered bad behavior by who, you? People forget, a lot of people don't even seem to check their email or auto-filter everything anyway and what harm is 1 line of text on a digital medium to say "hey you won"? Am I "pressing" anyone to do anything? No. But you don't seem to realize that when people choose to wait multiple days to check for wins that put's people who actually give things out instead of only taking on hold because you can't make new giveaways if people don't leave feedback. Right now I have several at 24 hours just sitting there, luckily most people seem to check within 12 hours. Is the world going to end? No, but I stand by my assertion that it is a bit annoying. If I ever find enough time I'll probably work on a whitelist of people who actively check for wins but believe it or not I "have a life outside of SG". heh

It's considered bad behaviour by the people on this site, which is why LittleBibo1 mentioned it. You may want to re-think how you respond to someone who's been on this site for years letting you know what site etiquette is. The rules are a winner has 7 days to activate, and we always tell people to wait 7 days before contacting winners. Often, pressing someone hours after a win just irritates them and convinces them to wait the full 7 days before activating, so it's also counterproductive.

I remember winning a giveaway within this year and they actually emailed me within like, 20 minutes of the giveaway ending. Only time I ever got an email, it was a bit strange.
But yeah, as others have said they do technically have a week to claim the win and people may hop in during the hour-long giveaway (let's just say it's their morning) but then they don't check the site again until that evening. Give it time. :)

Yeah, I think that's why I enjoy being in a few different groups to do giveaways, just so there's more of a connection and less chance of having to deal with bots.
I do think whitelists are nice, too, but I need to remember to add people to it!

well, there is something called work and sleep ... you get international audience here and that gives us the additional factor time zone, be patient

Sleep? What is the meaning of this word "sleep"? I have a nightly reset cycle that lasts 3.2 seconds, is this sleep? I still have 3 people that have not check their win in 24+ hours, if they sleep that long they might need help. But maybe they will wake up in a couple of days. I'm getting near the end of my giveaways for now so not like it really matters, I mean as long as they claim it and leave feedback at some point. On a higher note 2 people blacklisted me for some unknown reason. Cheers.

had it once that someone had to wait until i was back from vacation ... or business travelling is one of the things where you might need way more time ... but with feedback it is fair to atleast thank someone if you get something for free
Edit: i got on 21 blacklists ... i mean 7 or 8 are deserved for posting a completly empty thread ...

Regardless of how short you make your giveaways, the winner has 7 days to respond. When you get a moment you should take some time to read the FAQ and Guidelines.

I make short(1 hour) giveaways in the hopes that people will actually check back and claim/leave feedback but nobody seems to be able to do this. I'm guessing bots are winning all my giveaways? And I'm expected to just sit here for 6 days waiting? It sucks I can't make any new giveaways because nobody checks their winnings or email. I sent a ticket to increase giveaway limit, guess I sit and wait. Maybe I should just make a whitelist?
