Dead Island giveaway is not worth its price

So I've seen some Dead Island Contagion Pack Giveaways on here. Its stated to be worth 45$ on steam, which is not entirely correct. Since you get 4 copies if you buy it on steam, the entire package is worth 45$. But I honestly do not believe, that those giveaways on here include the entire 4-pack, but single spare copies which should not be worth 45$.

I think that should be corrected like bundled games were, otherwise it could be used to scam the system.
