It might be both. Putting Big picture mode on the front of Steam About page and not including the main steam look wouldn't really make much sense

Let's just hope this does not mean performance hit. I don't care too much about UI, only open Steam to play games and then goes it back to systray.

What's the point of linking to your own tweet instead of directly to https://store.steampowered.com/about/?

When posting links or content, that content should not force users, encourage users through reward, or primarily exist as a traffic source for users to perform an action for promotional, commercial, or monetary benefit.

You can discuss new Steam UI. But link to direct Valve post or statement (or game journalist site). Not your own twitter, twitch etc.
