Hi,
I guess if there is an empiric rule to know when a discounted game is considered as bundle game.
I noticed that sometime games with high discount are considered as they are in bundle but I don't understand how much the discount should be to make that this happens.
Furthermore I noticed checking on the bundle games list that the list is not always immediately update but the changes are applied after some time and those changes are retroactively applied to already gifted games. Is there a well defined interval for the bundle list updates? Also an upper bound if the update interval is not constant. For example the list is updated at least once a week.
Thanks in advance for clarification

95% off US store price specifically as those are the values the site uses. Other regions may get to 95% off thiat price even with lower discounts.

I think people get confused with the way it's worded by most.
The discount (percentage) shown on steam is not what you are supposed to look for. If the price of the game being sold for is 5~10% (I don't know exactly how much D: ) of the base price of the game in US it is considered bundled.

I know I did a poor job of explaining it, but I hope someone else sees this, understands my point and managed to provide a proper explaination :D

I think the FAQ should mention it though :x

I think you did a very good job! Most people don't mention the US base price one needs to compare the discounted price to. So this is definitely a very helpful post =)

Don't worry. Russian salary is 20-15% of yours.

I'm from México so I don't really think so, and you probably wanted to use below instead of above :)

200$ per month
100$ from them you pay for your flat, water, electricity and internet.
Can you live in Mexico for 100$ and buy some games from steam?
Thanks for help. Edit*

Well, I certainly don't earn that but about at least 50% of my country's population does, or even much more less than that. You can make a quick Google, just check minimum wages in Mexico, you'll be amazed.

Yeah pretty muc, the minimun legal wage here is about $110 usd, but that's just on paper, lots of people live with a lot less than that, how they do it is over me, I actually admire those people.

Nice, i think you need to send petition to Valve to decrease your prices like ours, then your people can purchace and play games.
I just want to explain you why in the Russia we have this price politics. We have a good and wealthy community (who bought GTA5 without sale for example, it cost about 40$ here), and large community who want to get a lot of indie games or F2P items. This price politic help Valve to get a lot of money from Russia. Seriously.
We have a similliar prices for a TOP games, and different prices for indies or movies (which are crap, yeah). Its not right to compare our prices, if you dont want to know how we live here. Dont offence, but its not right.

We do have an extra discount not as big as yours but good enough, about twice as much as you pay or a bit more mabye, I understand all of that and I wasn't even saying itis wrong for you guys to pay that or even complaining about it, I just made the math according to what the explanation said and stated the percentage, maybe tehere wasn't much of a reason to do that but that's literally all I thought of, still, I really enjoyed this conversation :)

If russian price divided by US 100% price is lower than 7%.
No, not 5 or 6.
Don't risk and even understand it as bundled games are priced lower than TEN percent (10%)

The bundle list is updated regularly. However, the guy maintaining it sometimes feels like adding games that have been heavily discounted over one year ago with retroactive effects, so it doesn't really matter how many updates it gets.

Just make sure gaming the CV system remains your top priority here and you'll be fine.
