I sent a user a steam key for a game a week ago but they have not been on since.
so is this gonna count against me?

But i'm pretty sure that this being a key and already sent that would be nearly impossible to do a reroll for it, maybe the guy already used the key... :/

I wonder why the support ticket doesn't have a section for this if this is the last resort if a user won't bother to confirm it :(
