And, its worth noting that you're just advertizing a SALE. Normally, the cost puts it right at par for what someone would pay in the US.

Only way to buy a steam version of crysis is buying it on steam. In all other places it will be origin.

They aren't, there has been no record of region-restrictions on Brazil.

The price drop may vary greatly.
You can check quickly by typing for example "convert R$ 74.99" in Google to see the USD amount.
That also displays menus for other countries.
Paypal doesn't include BR currency in the conversion service, from what I see.
Any other country available for this on Steam which gives similar price drops and doesn't make the games region locked?

You can google currency convertions and google does the work.
Just tipe 80BRL to USD or whatever two currencys you want to convert and it will give you back the result.

My Paypal converts BRL to USD and USD to BRL too.

Unless the brazilian trader has an american paypal account, it's not worth it. Brazilian paypal does not accept gift. And the fees to receive anything are ridiculous (something like 17%), eating up any price difference. Nuuvem is ok, but steam deals are usually better.

Well the dollar is high compared to Reais (brazilian currency) 1 dollar = 2.10 Reais, so if you use dollars to pay you will get very cheap games....
A good store: http://www.nuuvem.com.br/
And of course we have: http://store.steampowered.com/?cc=br (but I dont know if it works)
No Region Block
They both use Paypal as Payment method...
Exemple, Mass Effect 3 Deluxe on the first store= 39 Reais = 18 USD I think it's 59USD in the origin....
Sorry for my bad english... I'm Brazilian and live in america learning English :P
UPDATE:
Read the description on the Stores some games are Steam or Origin, but there are Retail keys too, without Steam, Origin or similiar.
