Contact the giveaway creator and explain the situation. That is what you should do. If cannot do that, then wait the 7 days and mark as not received.

that giveaway its a DLC for a f2p game on Steam, u know u first need download the game, and after activate the key.

I have that game. I have that DLC too. It says you already own this game when I try to activate.
