Ah, I think that one got included in some bundles but not in others, it's also a hard to notice DLC since it barely affects the single player part of the game, no wonder there's some confusion about it.

This is why i don't usually gift dlc's in the public forums. I don't mind the odd giveaway with a few rerolls. It's a batch of them that would be my headache. 😭

How are you even checking if someone owns the dlc? Are you adding all those winners as friends to check or is there any other way? For me it would be way too much hussle this way...
