Updating my inventory today, I realized that some cards are non-marketable, all from digital homicide games. I think everyone knows that it was banned from Steam a few months ago, but that's news. Now we can only change them to complete te set or turn them into gems.

This. Don't buy shitty games, don't sell their cards, don't let shitty developer to profit.

Was there even anyone who actually bought any of their games?

No need to buy them.
Digihom were handing out enough free keys to keep every card farmer in the world and their alt accounts fully supplied.
And anyone who just wanted the keys for +1 to steam library or to satisfy their morbid curiosity to see if the digihom shit really was as shit as it appeared.

Yeah I think any game which has been removed from steam has the cards/emoticons/backgrounds made unmarketable now so that valve doesn't have to pay the developers a cut of the transactions.

I've put posts on the Steam community forums up for mine trying to trade them for cards I actually want to complete badges for. Already had one trade away, so hopefully there'll be more people that want to complete Digital Homicide badges for their rarity/prestige/etc and happy to trade.

That has been known for a week or so already. And not only for DH games - for all games that were removed by Valve for violations.

There is a russian trading thread for such cards, but there must be others.

Maybe in 10 years these cards will be so rare that you'll be able to trade them for a copy of GTA X :)

Valve should have done that ages ago, too late. Even out of steam they have been making money all these months by giving away their games for free and let people sell them on the steam market

'Pressure' seems to have been put on the list of non-marketable cards/BG/emotes now ... and I think there must be at least one more game gone to non-marketable, but with summer sale cards up, my market list is too crowded to find it.

According to their information, they had difficulty with the publisher up to a lawsuit. Seems they have removed the game themselves and are publishing a new óne. Not sure why the cards went non-marketable, though.
