I posted this in another thread, but it's more appropriate here.

Half of the Serious Sam games on Amazon (or Steam Complete Pack in this case) aren't the actually lowest prices. I haven't really seen this message, but I figured I'd bring it to light as I'm waiting. Steam Summer Sales are right around the corner and here's a look at a few things.

• Serious Sam HD: Gold Edition (SS 1st, 2nd Encounter Classic and HD) - $3.99 (3 times) which is much cheaper than the 4 packs and two more games. This was $7.99 last Summer Sale though.
• Serious Sam: The Random Encounter - $1.24 (Twice on Steam) Unless you're getting a 4pack you're safe to pay $1.24 or lower later on.
• Serious Sam: Double D - $1.99 (Twice on Steam) Unless you're getting a 4pack you're safe to pay $1.99 or lower later on.
• Serious Sam 2 - This one is worthwhile as it hasn't been lower or even as low through Steam.
• Serious Sam 3: BFE - This one is worthwhile as it hasn't been lower or even as low through Steam, but it was $7.49 (4pack price) through Get Games a week ago.

As Serious Sam 3 is still fairly new it'll continue to drop so I wouldn't be surprised if it was $7.49 or less in the Summer Sale assuming it goes on sale. Serious Sam 2 has only been as low as $3.40 on Steam and it's $2 through the 4pack so I'd say it's the only worthwhile one to get right now. With Amazon having this sale, who knows if Steam will match the price next sale though so you never know!

(Based on all the lowest prices, you could get them individually for cheaper if you wait them out)
