Happens from time to time. At least they didn't blacklist you.

BHTrellis is likely correct; there are quite a few creators who either blacklist their winners or remove winners from their whitelists so that new people will win.

If you want to thank the creator though, you can always go to another one of their giveaways. I assume the giveaway you're concerned about is the one you won 11 hours ago. I clicked on the creator's profile and they have a public giveaway awaiting feedback right now. You could thank them there, just mention what game you are actually thanking them for.

I moved just once my winner from whitelist to blacklist. He got in whitelist, cuse I accidently clicked on wrong icon. People can have the weirdest reasons to add/remove you on some of their lists.

Seems you paticipated in Unlucky-7 giveaway, but for you fortunately you got game (yet it was against Group rules, and you were kicked from group which is normal)

so, you assumed you were part of their whitelist? Looks like, as the above poster said, you were part of a group you shouldn't have been in.
