Hm, this might be a bit hard to fix though, especially the whole "you must play it" part. You could redeem the code and then trade it.

Steam wallet codes are only available in USA, right? Well, the F.A.Q says to not give anything region-locked, so...nope.

It works in Canadian accounts. I tried it. I don't know whether it works outside of North American though.

It's like giving a beggar money to spend on hookers and blow (which is illegal) when giving him food is more suitable.

Next thing you know steamgifts is a money laundering site with private giveaways.
