Anybody still play Mass Effect 3 mp

So me and my friend got the game recently (previously played a pirated version which I am really ashamed of) and got hooked to the mp. Problem is my friend can't come much on weekdays and playing with random people who run around like headless chicken trying to solo the enemy only to die horribly is getting really frustating.
I'm trying to get to higher difficulty like Gold which is rather impossible without a good team composition and strategy and eventually platinum when get the top level gears. So anybody willing to play?
