Looks to me as grey market?

They're a gray-market reseller, not a real store. These are usually recently bundled or regionally discounted games that are being sold for a mark up.

Should delete before it gets deleted for you.

Reselling keys and links to reseller stores.
Do not use our site to resell keys, and do not post offers from stores which allow third parties to resell their keys or gifts. For example, do not ask others if they are interested in buying your leftover keys from a recent bundle purchase, or link to keys for sale on sites such as Kinguin, G2A, or Eneba

Suspension Lengths:
Advertising 3 days
Spam 3 days
Referral Links 3 days
(Ergo, assumed suspension length = 3 days)

Additionally, this wouldn't qualify as a Deal by common conception- Deals are mostly expected to be time or quantity limited, be reliably accessible [ie, not typical raffles], and be available at the given offer rate to a sizable number of participants. By inherent nature, reseller sites have fluctuating pricing, which excludes them from the typical expectations of this forum category.

In the end, to get this topic to pass, you'd need to strip out any links and direct mentions of any individual offers, and post this in General or Off-Topic forums (community expectations aside, Deals is associated with purchasing, and thereby more included to be viewed as advertising by staff). Basically "So I checked Eneba (a grey market key reseller) and I saw some good deals on Green Hell, Dying Light - The Following, Control: Ultimate Edition, The Surge 2, Rise of the Tomb Raider, and Wolfenstein 2; Those interested may want to go look through the site."

Ultimately, I'm not sure even then that staff'd be agreeable to the posting, nor that it'd have value to the community. That would, however, be the method of approach that the guidelines indicate are necessary for threads on this topic (if one wishes to avoid suspensions and thread closures).

Well, considering Eneba has(had?) some exclusive rights to sell some of Team17 games, from that point of view, it technically could be a legit game store. So, it depends on what you buy.

Is there any article or any information on that anywhere? I wasn't able to find anything.

Be careful, face prices are fraud, they add "service fees" at checking out time. Rings all bells to me.

If you run gg.deals price comparison with "keyshops enabled" option you'll notice only The Surge 2 has the best price on eneba with payment fees included.
Conclusion: Nothing to write home about

Have bought from ENEBA before, there are extra service fees during checkout depending on your payment method but I've never had any problems with the website so far. Just buy from a high-rated seller.
