Let me take a shot at it :P

• Level 5+ ✔
• Lots of public GA's ✔ (48% but not so much regarding quantity)
• Average GA length, 24 hrs or more: Not sure, usually try to set public GA length less than 24hr
• Don't have too many region restricted GA's. ✔ (5%)
• Have and maintain an all over positive ratio. (Real CV) ✔ (1.69)

I think I meet all the qualifications except the 24+ hour one. But 100% of my GAs have been public and only 5 had region restrictions, mostly because of that Humble Capcom bundle from a few months back.

P.S Gawd how I hate region restrictions... But what can you do? :S

Murder everyone at Valve, take over the company and reinstate new policies. I suppose you don't technically have to kill everyone but why take the chance am I right?
