Nothing unfortunately as this year has not gone well at all financially. Roll on Christmas sales though as I hope to pick up a couple of titles then that I am really looking forward to.

Did not buy anything in this sale and don't think that I will.
Not because there is nothing interesting for me rather that I have other games I should probably play.

I bought Firewatch. Really enjoyed it, a nice one-afternoon game. Also was surprised at how much there is to do in the game, not even close to some other "walking simulators" that bore me to death.

Purchased Divinity: Original Sin 2 and gifted Crazy Machines to correct my mistake on one of my previous giveaways.... Going to check some wishlist games later on maybe pick one or two to buy (since flash sales are gone it doesn't matter when you buy the games anymore).

DOS 2 is on my top list but it is kinda expensive and there is a complete edition "?" comming soon i think.

Everyone owning D:OS will get the complete edition for free, so if you're holding out for that...
Expensive is a good reason of course. Personally I was rather dissapointed with D:OS2

It actually looked better than 1. 1 had way to much RNG etc.

Well, I got me Spintires (to get Mudrunner for cheap), Spintires Mudrunner and Just Cause 3 XL. :)

So with €13,77 spent this sale, my wallet is not suffering too much from it. :D

Since I am finally able to buy something, albeit very little, I finally got the Fallout 4 season pass that I should have gotten when it first came out.
And ULTIMATE MARVEL VS. CAPCOM 3.

for the game SEUM: Speedrunners from Hell https://store.steampowered.com/app/457210/

I was able to make some top10 times :)
Unfortunately i feel like its still a tad expensive, for just only 3 levels :/

Finally got around to picking up Prey and Dishonored 2, since this month was also "time to finally replace the 10 year old desktop" month. Also Rumu, since I've been wanting it for awhile now and it was half off.

Other than that, I use sales to pick up various little games going for £1-2: this time that meant a few puzzle games like Tametsi and what I didn't yet have from the Hexcells bundle, ICY: Frostbite Edition, Glass Masquerade, some indie point and click adventures (Primordia, Richard & Alice), and a few of my gaming guilty pleasures - hidden object games. I'll see how I like Primordia and potentially get the other bundled games by the same dev before the sale ends, too.

The Dishonored 2 standalone is tempting, but I've got plenty of games to be getting on with and it's not like it's never gone on sale other times.

Yeah, I was tempted by the three others in with Primordia, just on the strength of the descriptions and reviews, but figured I'd better start with one and see how it goes. Settled on Primordia because I am always down for interesting AI characters.

I have been looking forward to Dishonored 2 for so long :D Think I might start by replaying the first, though.

Do you already have the Blackwell series?
The creators are the same as Primordia (on my wishlist I think) and the series is p good.
Might be a decent buy.

I do not, so thanks for the recommendation! If I like Primordia I'll definitely pick up that bundle as well, since it's so cheap right now.

Coolio!
Gonna drop the bundle here for you in case.
I didn't know there was a bundle when I was first getting it on steam, and bought one game seperately for a higher price before getting the rest.

While Primordia is a nice game, it wasn't made by Wadjet Eye Games, they only published it. Please see my reply to Southrobin here for more information.

Not exactly correct. While the Blackwell series was created by Dave Gilbert from Wadjet Eye Games, he only published Primordia. The developers, and thus creators, of Primordia are Wormwood Studios.
Imho the Blackwell series are among the best point'n'click games ever made and they are the only ones Dave Gilvert ever made. He's soon going to release a new game tho, Unavowed, pretty excited for that one :)

I was wondering about the absence of such threads as well. Might be that this feels (at least to me) like the least exciting sale ever. May it be the big enough as it is backlog, the not high enough discounts for the games I really really want, or the eh, why should I buy now, I'll get it in a monthly or some other bundle somewhen down the line anyways vibe or last but not least the boredom of yet another clicker game as "event", idk.

Anyways, these are in my cart so far:

Pavilion
The Mind of Marlow
Shuyan Saga
Paint it back
Escape from Pleasure Planet

sum up to 15,80€. Though not sure yet if I'm actually gonna pull the trigger. But then, I would only be spending wallet money from selling cards, so I might just as well. Guess I'll decide a day or two before the sale ends...

Cliche, but be the change that you want to see in the world? Thanks for making the thread :P

Got Darkest Dungeon to treat myself, and Throne of Lies.
Those two were on the top of my wishlist, and got new lowest prices.
Tempted to get the Hakuoki bundle.. but I'll sit on that decision for now.

I bought Life is Strange: Before the Storm since it's on my whishlist for ages.

Like for every sale, I defined a limited budget. This time it's 22 € (plus whatever I make from selling salien cards until the end of sale)
And I have no idea what to buy with it.
I thought maybe CS:GO, because I loved to play 1.6 and Source at every LAN-Party. But I have no idea if it's fun to play with random strangers who will probably brag about having a romantic relationship with my mother.
Maybe GTA V, but I heard that the Online part can be pretty frustrating. Technical issues and a paywall seem to be problems with GTA Online.
Maybe ELEX, but I heard that recent updates made the game even more frustrating at the beginning. Also it's a bit too expensive for my taste.
Maybe Trackmania Canyon. I love TM Nations Forever, but I fear that the Canyon servers might be deserted by now.

So, as you can see, I'm open to suggestions :)

From steam.
Little Nightmares Complete Edition: Kinda worth it even if the game is apperantly short?
All the missing tomb raider dlc's from the bundle, think it was 6 dlc's for like 2 euro?

Outside of steam.
Home Sweet Home
Dead In Vinland

Sadly i should not have bought Dead In Vinland as i was going to buy what remains of Edith finch so now i have to add more funs.. I was also thinking of buying Homesick and if i sell a few more cards i got the funds for it.
