Hide text feature broken

I noticed a comment from CG earlier today where he stated that some things regarding commenting have been improved, seems like this has broken the ability to hide text an example:
<a href="you shouldn't be able to read this"> </a>
Seems it didn't break threads that already contained the code, only when trying to add it now.
-edit- it also breaks if you edit a thread,

Yeah this worked until today, it was something used a lot a year back or so to hide giveaways in threads.

Ok, I've never tried that. I've done hidden links like this one -><- though.

Honestly, it's bad behavior for a forum to allow random HTML code through because someone could put malicious stuff in there.

That's really odd, it clearly works but even when I copy your code and post it I still doesn't work.

But that's how you do a hidden link. You simply leave the [] part emply.

Ugh I feel so stupid now I totally missed that it's something completely different :P
I'll try it that way, hopefully it'll still hide my [H] section on steamtrades like the other code did until today, thanks for the clarification!

-edit- Nope, sadly only works when hiding links, not text.
