I would like to make a giveaway with more keys, but I can't because 2 guys who have won one of my giveaway, won't claim their key.
I've seen them online many times, but they just don't take it...
What can I do?

Wait. Winners have full 7 days to claim their keys. If they haven't done so after one week has passed you can request a reroll due to "Couldn't contact winner" or "Winner refused gift".

Wow... somebody farmed those Vampires good :D

If its been more than a week make support ticket, if not, you have to wait for that week,
