Its all about were who have what on sale and you can vote on best deals. I didnt notice other posts about amazon.

Coolest part about this website is that they giveaway 100+ steam games a week.

Basic Questions: I have never bought anything from Amazon.com and I live outside US
1 Are those codes region resctricted?
2 Can I buy them without any problems? Is it just a matter of fake US address ( as I read on forums) ?

Outside of very few US region locked games (Dead Island, Civilization, I know of one more, there might be few more) they won't be region restricted.
You only need US address. You probably shouldn't use same credit card on different Amazons, or at least use same profile everywhere. And don't contact support, as there are reports of Support checking credit card data AFTER people contact them and results with closed Amazon account.
