Is TorchLight 2 worth to buy?

Yes, it's well worth it's current price.

One problem I find with ARPG/Hack n Slash games (note, this is an inherent problem with the genre) when playing on multiplayer is if you play with someone who's really good at these types of games and they create a character that's just very overpowered, they'll end up killing everything first meaning you'll get very little left to kill.

The balancing of these types of games is difficult as you want to make it challenging to most people, but not too hard as to put people off. However there's usually always one or two builds that semi-breaks the gameplay. Like I say, this is a problem that I've always come across with these games in multiplayer, Titan Quest had the xMax mod which just increased the number of mobs, but that then gave issues of overlevelling.

tl;dr Go buy it.

i'd go and try Path of Exile first if i were you and then decide. you might like it and if you do i'm pretty sure you'll want to spend that money on something else. just my $.02 :)
