Hey guys, so a giveaway that i hosted ended and i got a winner with games won and no games sent, i was wondering if its ok that i reroll?

Nope if hes broken one of those rules and u request a reroll he may or may not get suspended depending on if he was already suspended for it

It also applies to normal sg rules, but it has to have happened within the last month without them having already been dealt with by support.

Nope, unfortunately. You can only reroll if they broke the rules, already own the game, or requested the reroll themselves.

If you wanted to exclude people who had never sent a game, you could have required all entrants to be level 1.

some people below level 1 have given away bundled games so i thought maybe i should give a chance to everyone.

Actually if u have given away at least one game you will be lvl 1 , lvl 0 means they have not given anything at all

Why didn't you put a level restriction on it then? Giving away no games isn't against the rules so there's no ground for a reroll unless they have broken some other rules recently.
