Asking for report to some guy

You cant call out people here on the forums. Remove the link to his profile or you will be suspended yourself

Use the appropriate avenues for support. If you have an issue with another user, submit a ticket with a user report, rather than calling them out within the community or on the forum."

you can't call out people.

besides, you can report it or whoever made those giveaways. multiple wins are not allowed.

You shouldn't be calling out. When you go to the user's profile, you can see the exclamation mark to report them. From there it should be pretty straight-forward.

Seems you don't need to worry, though! They're already suspended (^w^)

Calling out is forbidden. Remove the link to their account before you get suspended. Quickly!

You should send a support request to re-roll a new winner for one of the giveaways, if the gift/key hasn't been sent yet.

Otherwise, report them to support for winning multiples of the same game. Once again, in the future, these problems should be reported to support NOT posted in the forums.
