I've taken your survey. The text boxes are so small! I couldn't re-read my answers to spell-check, etc.

Some of your questions have known answers, btw. I realize that your questions are about what people think.

The survey is poorly structured and leaves room for error. That might make the interpretation of your results much harder. Also, the fields that have to be filled in with extra information are way too small for a proper argumentation of the chosen answer.

I hope that the info you get from it isn't for academic use, because you will need to really think every answer through if you require a straightforward answer.

Completed your survey, thanks! Just a suggestion, your survey should have radio buttons rather than check boxes, because right now with check boxes you can select multiple answers (yes and no). Idk if you can change it now or if surveymonkey even has the option, but just thought I'd give my feedback.
