One thing for sure is that they are (too) quit about the substantial number of Be Mines they need to put out before the end of this year (2017), as initially advertised.

That's true and If I remember correctly the advertised timeline by Grouppes for 10 Be Mine bundles was the end of this year, hopefully it wasn't a typo and that they meant 2018...

Thank you and I see that they already backed down from their initial sales promise\pitch to deliver 10 Be Mine bundles before the end of this year. Enticing sales with promises is one thing, not keeping them is another.

I own all but the RPG + the itchio game.
Don't really like RPG and don't want games that are not on steam. Rather have my games in just 1 place.

In the end I was only missing 1 game from the bundle and it's a 99 cent game... so I'm sure it'll be bundled again or given away free en masse soon enough. :)

Could someone explain to me (or link me a page explaining) how this works? What do you get when you preorder this and what if you wait until it's revealed (or something)?

If you preorder the bundle now, you will receive the whole bundle after it's released (all 8 games). Basically this means paying $1.50 and getting all the games tomorrow.
Or you could not preorder and wait for the bundle to be released, then you'll be able to select any amount of games (minimum 2 ) from the bundle and pay accordingly. Usually for 2 games it's $1, 3 games $1.25 - $1.50 (depending on the games) and so on.
It's a bit of a gamble, since you don't know what games the bundle will contain. If you preorder now, you might end up having the games in your library already. Therefore, some people prefer to wait and see first what the bundle contains and then select only what they want from it, despite paying a bit more for those games.

I would give Life Goes On about as much chance to be in a Groupees bundle as Shovel Knight. In other words, very unlikely. It took a long time for it just to get discounted to like 70% off. Sorry, I just can't see it happening. In a Humble Bundle maybe but not Groupees. I would be real surprised. Not to mention that such a game would be better reserved for helping deliver one of those several Be Mine bundles that are still owed people (as per the subscription).
edit: of course it turned out to be some obscure $0.99 game with low production values!

I'm pretty fond of RPGMaker games, I played several really good ones, I don't even mind the deaulf RPGMaker assets/sprites, but Vickinachi is clearly not one of those good ones.
