Puzzle solution:
1) There were some almost-white characters hidden in the diagram: base64
which were a hint for another stage, and 1oj7Z
which were a code for the first giveaway.
2) The diagram was a classic nonogram puzzle with numbers changed to letters. It was solvable by applying some logic. Solved diagram revealed a code: UjNqMW4=
which is base64 for R3j1n
leading to the second giveaway.
3) The number-letter assignment in the nonogram was: E=1, n=2, t=3, e=4, r=5, P=6, C=7, W=8, I=9, w=10
. Read it from 1 to 10 to get: EnterPCWIw
leading to the third giveaway.
Congrats to all solvers!
