Is anyone else getting these really low res textures in FTL?

That looks like it's trying to play it on a smaller resolution than the game is built for, and as a result, it's being downscaled, creating shit. What resolution does your current system run on?

It only happens on that screen, and the overall ship during gameplay. Nothing else is affected.
