Cancelling a giveaway block a spot to create one

Well when will this be available for me to do a new giveaway now? its been over 24 hours and I still cant create a new giveaway

Successful giveaways replenish your slots. You'll have to wait until your giveaways are finished and are marked as received.

I have 2 giveaway that are running no problem, the one that I had to delete because it was invite only i only wanted to recreate this one and make it public, but since I deleted this one its not letting me create a 3rd giveaway anymore

I think that's how it works so people won't do massive giveaways and delete them at the last second, also because they give points for each giveaway created.

the formula for GA slots is very easy. Each Created GA = -1 slot until it's delivered. Each delivered GA = +0.(3) Slot, so 3 delivered = 1 extra slot plus it's freeing the slot it taken. You deleted your GA, so you sis not deliver it, so you lost slot it occupied. After succesfully delivering 3 GAs, you will get 1 extra slot, so you will have 3 slots in total again. Also after you deliver your current GAs the slots they occupy will free as well, so you will get those 2 slots back.
