Apparently DLCs don't count against giveaway entries here or something.

EDIT2: I didn't buy the bundle but i think that it will give you a KF copy, I'm not sure.

Most DLCs aren't detected by this site as Steam doesn't list them in a way that SteamGifts can detect, so while the base game won't show, you will still see DLCs, or collections that include DLCs.

So this means people who own the game can still apply to the KF Bundle giveaways, win the keys and re-gift them?

Well, theoretically yes, though giveaway creators should check on their winners beforehand and if they regift it someone will surely find out.

I have this problem too.

I'm doing a KF Bundle giveaway and one of the entries already owns the game with 41h played (so not a guest pass, I also checked on another entry that though they apear in recently played, they don't show on games owned if it's a guest pass). Is there anyway to know if he has the DLCs? Could I ask for a reroll if he wins? I'd like someone who doesn't have the game at all to get it.
