Multiple copies also count. There is no timeframe to delete or reverse a giveaway after creating (to prevent abuse of remaking giveaways constantly, I suppose).

Because, everytime this excuse was launched it was a lie and it was the person who claimed that someone else ( brother, sister, cousin, friend, mother, father, grandfather, grandmother, doggie, cat, donkey, giraffe, astronaut, USA, Obama, Russia, Putin and so on ) did that mistake.
