Can I give away Restricted (CIS/RU) Tradeable gift?

you can't give away restricted gifts at the moment. may be in next month when the rules change then you might be able to.
at the moment you can only give away ROW games.you'll get full CV if there are more than 5 entries n game haven't bundled before.
