Will all the codes for 'Final Fantasy XIV' that came with Twitch Prime expire on May 3?

I found this on the associated Reddit thread:

I just asked Square Enix's support via live chat. They said that Twitch Prime codes for FF XIV don't expire.
Agent X：As far as codes go, so long as the code you have is still valid, then yes you can use it later in the year.
Agent X：Otherwise the codes that Twitch Prime members get are still available until after their promotion is done
Customer：So, if I understood, correctly there are no fixed expiry dates?
Agent X：That is correct

Purportedly, according to comments within that same thread, the codes can be affixed after the standard trial expires, so it seems to be best to run the trial activation of the game first until you hit its level cap, and then activate the twitch code following.

From now until May 3, Twitch Prime users can download the Final Fantasy XIV: Starter Edition on PC at no charge. ... As with other Twitch Prime games, Final Fantasy XIV: Starter Edition will be yours to keep forever, but you'll need to subscribe in order to continue playing once the free 30-day period ends.

Given the apparent lack of official public clarification on the matter, if you're not confident in trusting that stray reddit quote at the top of this post, then your best bet would be to directly contact Square Enix support for additional confirmation.

I am not a twitch prime user but as far as I understand "Feb 4 – May 3" is the monthly reveal. Much like humble bundle, that is the period of offer/promotion. Thereby users that are not registered and claim within this period will not receive the promotion. Cheers~
