A question about Steam translation

I figured out that it's time to translate Steam into my language, but it seems that we have to reach a certain amount of people in the group. I also saw in Translation FAQ that we can speed up the process by translating the files before we get accepted.
They say that most of the files are located in /resource, but I'm asking here if someone knows exactly what files need to be translated.
