I can't see anything in your library that would fit your description. The shortest ones that you have unplayed and I know are nice are Thomas Was Alone (I 100%'d it in 2.9h) and Sonic CD (I have 4.5 across two playthroughs).

At first, I thought you were looking for a recommendation for a game that will only give you an hour or less or playtime (and I can't think of many that do), but if you're looking for a recommendation for something that you've only played an hour or less of already, the first one that jumped out for me was Braid. It's not a particularly long game to being with, so start fresh from the beginning and enjoy. I thought it was fantastic! :)

Okay, let me see...
- Five Nights at Freddy's - doesn't take too long, but doesn't have achievements though.
- Supreme League of Patriots Issue 1 - should be around 2-3 hrs (the other two episodes are a bit longer).
- Dysfunctional Systems: Learning to Manage Chaos - takes around 1 hr to finish, but 2 to get all the achievements.
- PAC-MAN Championship Edition DX+ - Around 1-2 hrs to get all the achievements..
- Dear Esther - around 1 maybe 2 hrs walking simulator. No achievements though.

If you have a controller, you could try Brothers. It's rather short but a fairly special experience.

Happy birthday! A lot of things have happened since you were gone, assuming you weren't on for more than a year. Some fun events but also lots of drama.
You have a LOT of good games that are unplayed. Lets see:
RPG: Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition, The Last Remnant, Skyrim
Shooter: FEAR games
Shooter/RPG: Fallout NV, Bioshock games
Top down shooter: Zombie Shooter games, they are along with Alien Shooter games probably the best games in the genre
