HB now thinks you are a reseller, because you created too many gift links, or exploited recruit a friend system by creating a new account and get the bonus money by subbing with same payment methods you used on your account.
They fooled us with their gift link system, so if you gave away that one instead of the key they ban you from the site.
You won't be able to buy anything from HB in the future unless you change your IP. Then create a new account and never log back with your old account from that IP, additionally, you will use a new payment method, like bank card of a relative, or Paypal which wasn't used on your old account yet.

So everybody on this site and steamtrades should be treat like reseller because everybody giveaway keys, send gift links... almost every trade is made by gift links. Yes. I used my ref link to other accounts that I made specially for some Humble Monthly but it was 8 months ago. So why I got ban now but not then?

their system caught you just now, that's why. For REF exploiting you should had your ban, so it is fair. The main problem many others get such bans just by giving away gift links for free, not by reselling them.
They keep doing this in a large number so I am curious, will they have enough customers in a year or Humblebundle will go bankruptcy?:-) I personally stopped to buy anything from them a long time ago as HumbleBundle donating money to some fake charity organization which supporting raping, terrorism and criminal behavior.

I agree with Brightboy and Csontzuzo, but I'll add one more thing: I noticed recently they check referrals from which site are gift links (maybe we shall start to anonymize links? https://anonymz.com/?<HB Giftlink>
) are clicked (and it's steamgifts/steamtrade/barter/etc) and they put a limit to your payment method (in this case CC). I can recommend you using your mobile network (or VPN) and new payment method never used before (you can try with Revolut or Curve, but they have a small ratio of success)

I do not use gift links at all because of this reason and only provide steam keys for giveaways as more and more people are being excluded like yourself now especially if you are buying multiple bundles. Have you tried using an alternative credit card if you have one? I suppose another option is to create a new account but this is all extra work. You have probably reached a threshold/met criteria where they now consider you a trader and thus put a block on your account. I don't think they can track where keys go but they can track gift links and how they are being used. I hope humble support can help you and its all a misunderstanding or glitch in the system. Best of luck with this mate!
