Humble Bundle support dead?

A few days ago I won another game, Natural Selection 2, the creator sent me the gift exact link, but then I got not more email. I wrote to support but not they told me, not even the automated email I received. Does not work either resender of the keys. I have seen that many have problems with gift on facebook

Now what am I supposed to do? I will not give negative feed, because it is not fair at best buy it / exchange it

Can't really understand what your are trying to say, but if you mean you did not get the link to the page by email, have you checked the spam folder? If not, wait for support I guess. They could be busy.

Is your email address correct? Were you logged in when using the link? Wait for support to respond. Either the servers are overloaded, and the email is delayed or if there is some problem, support will fix it don't worry.

Same here.
Got my issue resolved today, after 14days.
Problem was 100% my own fault(gifted to the wrong email).

Likely less the holiday season but rather the rash of credit card scams they've had lately. Also possible this is OP's problem?

Few days ago I had a problem with my paypal payment and they reply my email in less than 5 hours.
They probably are busy now... Just wait, they support are really good and friendly.

I suppose humble bundle support might be dead since I sent a ticket 2 weeks ago asking them if they are planning on making purchases on humble store available through google wallet but they still haven't responded :/

I can't recieve any mail from humblebundle either, contacted them with my other mail and it works fine. Some idiot on humblebundle must have accidently blocked alot of mails considering I contacted hotmail and even let one of their support on to my mail and they said there was nothing wrong with my mail.
