I've tried way too many variants of how that place and/or "complex" is called -.-
Does it follow the same answer structure as Q2 ?
How many words does that 'place' have in it's name ? 2,3,4 ?

That's a really fun one, yet I'm stuck on Q3 as well... should we include the person's second name? and there's like four different spelling types for the place, differing in number of words and grammatical number :D

But I think I know what the problem is. I'm going to add a new possible answer since the place can be written in a different way.
Check again your best guess. I think this puzzle needs some tweaks. Improvisations usually go wrong :/
