I sold 6 keys of some steam game on g2a (steam cd-key).
without any problems, and even positive feedback.
after i tried to add more keys, the status of my selling changed to "suspended".
i opened a ticket.
they said "Please send us screenshots of the official key copies and a receipt so we could proceed."
i told them that i dont have receipt of that keys, cuz i got them by trade with someone..
they answered: "In this case it won't be possible to sell those keys, we need an payment confirmation to proceed."

why i cant sell those keys ?
what can i do about that ?
ty guys.

G2A is trying to go legit like a gangster in soprano's who starts a pizza business after he killed 10 people.

You need a receipt of those keys, because there are too many scammers on G2A, so G2A is trying to change its reputation by demanding receipts. ;)

I used to sell keys there when I couldnt find trades
I suggest you to start trading from now on, G2A is not a safe place, not for buyers nor sellers

Just ask whoever you traded with to do create or give receipt for you?

As is always the case, scammers ruined it for everyone.

You simply wouldn't bring them enough money, so they don't want any further hassle.
I guess if it was someone who dumped hundreds of dubiosly obtained keys they wouldn't bat an eyelid about it...

Looks like they're trying to cut out the middle men in the supply chain (so scammers can't hide behind well-meaning traders anymore) and collect evidence on who purchased what key (so they can track and take action against the scammer in case someone asks a refund on a key that got revoked via chargeback).

Might make it harder to trade for profitz(tm) in the form of real cash, but keep in mind that if the key you got through trade and sold did get revoked , you'd take the blame otherwise. No matter if the bad key was provided by your source, his source, the source of the source.....

I read G2A also does this so they can compete with the sellers on their site. They ask for a receipt so they can see where you bought it from and if it's cheap they'll buy a bunch of keys themselves and then sell them for lower than all the other sellers.
