Suspended gifter

I have won a giveaway but not received.
I have checked & the gifter has been suspended.
Having looked into it, it may be because most of his giveaways were keys from bundles.

Does anyone know how long such a suspension normally lasts?
What are the chances I will actually receive the game I won?
