Metro: Last Light... Any news?

So, i've been waiting and rescently, i'm running out of patience.
Yes, THQ has announced that their last days are from 2013 but doest that mean Metro Last light will be delayed...?
Im quite the metro fan, to be honest.
Read the books Metro 2033 and Metro 2034 THRICE and im waiting Gluhovski(the writer) to finish 2035

I've seen from the user so-called "cg"-posting a giveaway about Metro Last light. Yes, it has ended, but that thing lasted for a month, with requiered contr. above 5k if i am not mistaken.
I would appreciate it if the person that has won it to comment in this threat on the following questions: Does the game have a release date which will activate your product... Is the game releated to steam(kind of a dumb question, considering this is STEAMgifts) I don't know, ANY info is appreciated.

I know it will be released in March(the end of it or in the beginning) but im dying for some information here!
And why isn't STEAM giving a release date. March is after Feb, right?

Thanks for the info lads. With this and that Deep Silver is the new publisher of the Metro Franchise, i am now calm.
