If it has a Steam page, just create a support ticket under the "Add Game to List" category.

Thanks, but I'm sorry I can't find it either. Maybe it exists but it doesn't appear as you can't buy it, I don't know.

It may be considered as a beta key, guest pass, or coupon and per site rules cannot be given away.
Check if has an steamdb id, for example.
