Basically, i know that making a giveaway prior to bundle list banishment means i will get full C.V.
My question is:

Does this remain so, even if for whatever reason the game has not been received yet?

P.S. No giveaway here yet, but depending on community response to my question i may edit this thread to include a giveaway for one of them Witcher copies i have.

I think the CV value will be reduced retroactively once the game is bundled. Also, CV will also change values based on its current Steam price.

In the FAQ, it says that you receive full C.V. if the game wasn't bundled before the giveaway is made, and the game was not bundled when i made the GA but it is now and to my knowledge there hasn't been a price change on it either.

If you created a giveaway before a game was in a bundle(it counts date only not hour I believe), you always receive full value. Keep in mind this means the store value steam has it as.

EDIT: Also the 'bundle' list includes any game that receives 95% discount or more so for certain games regional pricing + a high discount would be enough to push it there.

yes thanks, these things i am aware of, but does it matter if the game has not been received yet? Reception of the game is pending a response from support.

EDIT: in response to your edit, i am mostly aware of all of that, i knew the game would be on the list eventually, but my concern was about having created it before it was on the list. I would not have made the giveaway in the first place had it already been listed. (Just being honest)

No, it only counts creation date.

While it is certain people exploited that before the nature of bundles and high discounts is such that the exploitation is limited thus this is unlikely to change.

It shouldn't matter when the gift will be received, the only thing that matters is to create it before the bundle.
Also keep in mind that there is only a week time to send the gift after the giveaway ends though.

I am aware of the 7 day deadline for sending the gift, unfortunately it is a matter for support at this moment and i won't do anything about it until i have a response from them, even if 7 days passes.

Only the creation date matters. The game could be marked as received instantly or 6 months later, and you still get the full value from the game title. Once it is marked anyway.

Just a bit of info though. If you are hoping for full value from Takedown, the bundle list entry is retroactive to when the exploitable deal was started, the 7th. You will not get full value for it.
