U can make private/Public Or Group Giveaway but giveaway winner can't have 100% chance to win :)

Umm, I'm not sure what you're trying to ask... To put it briefly, you get contributor value by successfully gifting a game (the winner marks it as received). You get contributor values from public, group and private giveaways but only if the have at least two entries. And bundled games don't necessarily give you full value. I'd suggest you read the FAQ if you have further questions.
