Giving away separate key from HIB7

Is it possible to give away separate key from HIB 7? I already own Offspring Fling! and I want to give it away. Isn't it already bounded to my Steam account if I used the other keys?

Yes, each game comes with a separate key.

well lots of people are giving away individual keys from this bundle since it started so(dont quote me on this) i think its ok for this one

It is against HB's TOS soooo yeah, technically you shouldn't do it.
