Keep in mind that chart uses Real CV (Contributor Value) and not the Contributor Value you can see on your profile here (which is basically just the US store price of all games you gave away added together).

Max level is 10. Here's the requirements for each level.

Do keep in mind that "bundled" games give far less contributor value, and if you give away more than 5 of the same game, there's diminishing return. The bundle list is updated manually, so there can be a delay between a game getting added to a bundle, or having a high enough discount, and it actually getting on the list. If there's a star next to the game's name, it's on the "bundle list", meaning it gives 15% CV. If there are two stars, it means that the game has been given out for free somewhere, and gives 0 CV.
