Well I played most of the following on my laptop which only has an intel hd card so they will hopefully work for you.

The Binding of Isaac is sketchy, since it was built in Flash it's a resource hog.. my computer's not even two years old and I can't run it under Win7 without it lagging terribly. No problems at all under OSX though..
edit: I have an intel HD card also as well as 1gb ATI card so I'd be interested to know if you actually have those problems too

Well I can recommend the Still Life games (point-and click adventure type of game). Nice story.
For Tycoonish-games I'd say Vegas: Make it Big.
Hotline Miami is a very decent top down, retro-style shootergame (I'm sure you've heard of it).
Further, I can recommend Terraria, Dungeon Defenders (maybe your pc will run too slow when a lot is happening on screen though), Don't Starve, Gnomoria, Mark of the Ninja (in sale now)...
Take you're pick.

I like FTL and Trine. Dungeon Defenders can be fun but you need to level up a character a lot before you can get access to the rest of the game. I really like the art of Don't Starve and a valley without wind was fun for a bit but not much after that. Cave Story was a great shooter game with a fun story. Play Braid. Play Bastion. And I loved Magicka, but I also love Star Wars so I got a lot of the references.

I just started playing Gnomoria and it's pretty nice ;)

You can play either with keyboard or mouse. But some of the options are atm only accessible from the right-click menu. (First one coming to my mind is the "grove" one.) And creating excavation orders, or anything that need you to define areas, is a lot easier with the mouse, most of the time.

Since you have some adventures on your wishlist try the Blackwell games or Deadalic like Edna & Harvey 2 or A New Beginning (both on indiegala right now).

Try Crysis 3 or The Division if it's realeasing on PC.

Thomas Was Alone, Nightsky, Gunpoint, Mark of the Ninja, Abe's Oddysee. Mark of the Ninja might not work. I also don't know if you have any of these in your library already, I wont check because it's better for everyone to know these games anyway.
EDIT: Flatout 2 and Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet are also epic. And Red Orchestra Ostfront. But I don't know if any would work. I haven't heard of such a bad videocard in alot of time, I don't know where to place it.
