Hm, then it's probably on a second monitor. Try this:
Hover over Chrome on the taskbar so the little tooltip pops up.
Right click the tooltip. if Restore is there, pick it.
If the window's not back after Restore or Restore isn't available, choose the Move option.
Hit an arrow key.
Move the mouse.

Did you look for any instance of chrome still running in the task manager? Otherwise the safest bet is to completely un- and then reinstall Chrome, make sure the user data gets wiped too...

Eh, it's a long shot, but what about your monitor setup? Did you check your video settings?

Got it running again. The last reinstall I tried, I deleted my browser history, and it worked?

I don't know whats going on but my google chrome is permanently minimized. I can start it and see it running on the taskbar and in task manager.
I have tried looking for solutions bute they seem to be for people who can open google chrome, but cant maximize it.
