In my experience it depends on the issue. Rerolls have always been handled within 24 hours (again, for me) but user reports for minor stuff can take weeks-months.

Sometimes it's quick. Two weeks back, I did a user report and it got resolved after 8 days.
Yesterday I did a user report, got handled in 24hours! :)

They might have already responded as in (did what's necessary) but forgotten to close. I noticed for one of my cases. The account was suspended but my report was not closed so I closed it myself ^^
