You are right, but most people don't think... Skyrim will win the vote sadly, tons of peaople will buy the game and see the Daily Deal a couple of days after and it will certainly be more than 40% off.

Skyrim has been on the Daily Deal on the first day and it was 40%, now the community choice brings it back and they will probably put it back again on the final day. It won't go any higher than 40%

Guess you'll have to wait and see because I'm willing to bet it'll win.
