is the message I get when I try to check-out. Anyone else have this problem? It's been like this for two hours now. Don't think I can contact steam support, because Arma II's sale will end by the time I receive a response.

Happened to me couple times and their support always blamed my bank even though it was their mistake.

A always had that problem trying to use my Entropay card. You could try paying with your card through PayPal. It's free and only takes a moment to set up. If Valve wants to pay extra fees just to make me jump through a few hoops, that's their own problem.

Edit: Plus, Steam Support seems to be responding faster during the Sale. I got a response within 18 hours.
