Description: I made a giveaway. The giveaway has ended. I've added the winner. He refused the invite. He blocked me. That means he doesn't want the game. Can an admin cancel the giveaway so I can make a new one? Thanks.

1) Blocking you doesn't mean they didn't want it, they may not have realised you were the person who ran the giveaway, part of the reason why you're given the email of the winner so you can directly email it to them.
2) Ask in support not on the forum.
3) You can ask for a re-roll instead if the person actually refused the game instead of deleting and starting from scratch.
